We are very excited to announce this mating between two lovely Lappies!
The sire is an import from Finland and already is winning class in groups in the showring. A sweet young boy with lots of potential. You can view Harry's own page by clicking his photo or full name above or this is another page he is listed on here.
Our own girl, Raiven, has done extremely well in the show ring in NSW, ACT and VIC. But more importantly a real gem of a girl with people and other dogs. Raivens pedigree contains Finnish bloodlines and her grand-sire is from the very first litter born here in Australia! This is Raiven's second litter, her first litter can be viewed on the Amour Litter Page.

Both parents have been hip and elbow scored - which are below the breed average. This litter will be 'clear by parentage' with regards to prcd-PRA and both parents have been clear eye tested.

6 Weeks Old
Time is flying fast and these babies have grown so much. Much more stable on their feet and have now progressed to spending time down in the yard with all our dogs. They love their little adventures around the yard and all the attention they have been receiving from visitors.
They have been to the vet for their Vaccination, Microchipping and DNA collection. Also been wormed again. Decisions have been made on which homes they will be going to. All have been weighted in:
Donald = 3.2kg
Daffy = 3.4kg
Dexter = 2.7kg
Dino = 3.2kg
Dash = 3.3kg
Duchess = 3.1kg
Daisy = 2.3kg

4 Weeks Old
Puppies are now very mobile and spending their day time in a play pen and the nights back in the whelping box. We have lots of puppy fights and wrestling matches which is all normal and very adorable. Babies and mum have been de-wormed and babies are just about to start being weaned, all of them have some teeth now and they are starting to use them on each other and things around them.
Nothing has changed on dynamics at this stage but we are really starting to see them come into themselves.

2 Weeks Old
Wow these past two weeks have gone so fast! The Doux babies are growing steady, eyes and ears are now open, they are started to wobble walk on all four paws around the whelping box. Babies and mum have been de-wormed and their sharp little nails have been cut.
The boys prove to more sooky than the girls, we have seen and heard a few howling. So vocals work fine ;)
Dino, Dash and Daffy look the same at first glance, but Daffy is the heaviest and quite a bulldozer out the lot of them. First one to 'run' to the milk bar or push his way around. Then Dexter and Donald look quite similar to each other, but Dexter is the smallest male, with no loss of attitude to him. I find Dash, Dina and Donald the 'sweeter' boys.The girls are quieter than their brothers and rather beautiful. Where Duchess looks similar to Daffy, Dino and Dash, leaving Daisy to resemble more Donald and Dexter.
Weighing all the puppies at 2 weeks of age we got:
Donald = 1125g
Daffy = 1220g
Dexter = 985g
Dino = 1130g
Dash = 1120g
Duchess = 1080g
Daisy = 895g
