Pedigree table at the bottom of this page
We are very excited to announce this mating between two lovely Lappies!
This will be a nice clear out-cross mating, a mix of Finnish and Swedish lines.
The sire is an import from Sweden and already proved himself as an Australian Champion in the show ring. A real sweet boy who enjoys attention and offers an exciting new blood line.
Our own girl, Raiven, has done extremely well in the show ring in NSW, ACT and VIC. But more importantly a real gem of a girl with people and other dogs. Raivens pedigree contains Finnish bloodlines and her grand-sire is from the very first litter born here in Australia!
To read more about the parents, please click on their name above and you will be taken to their own pages.
Both parents have been hip and elbow scored - they are both International Grade B and are below the breed average. This litter will be 'clear by parentage' with regards to prcd-PRA. Puppies will be DNA 'clear by parentage' certificated, eye tested and the usual (as per our Available & Litters page)
If you are interested in this litter or have questions please contact me.

News of a 8 week Old Litter
Puppies are now 8 weeks old! Where has my tiny babies gone?
They are all eating very well and are all little guts. Wormed again for the 8wk dose. They are eating kibble and real (human quality) beef & chicken mince. Also they are fine with cheese and milk – so diary isn’t an issue.
They have been allowed the run of the whole backyard – after we have puppy proofed it and only while we are home and able to watch them. The older dogs have been watching and some interacting with them.
On Sunday puppies had experienced their first bath which was quite comical from my perspective as I wet their fur and they looked bizarre (still adorable), Alvin tried kissing me, Ariel tried to escape as did Anastasia. Alice, Astro and Aladdin were very good but Astro did give a squeal at first. If they thought that was a torture experience . . . . out came the dryer! They have seen and heard the dryer and slept at my feet while I have done the older dogs but they were quite surprised once I put it on them. I didn’t use the dryer on their heads as that would have been too much for them but they did all eventually settle and take it well.
Then once they were all groomed out came the camera for a photo session. Since my partner was at work I had to operate the camera AND the puppies – challenge accepted! LOL Astroboy was the most uncooperative refusing to stand always sitting ... but I got a photo or two after a long while. Alvin and Angelica kept moving around and when I finally thought I got nice standing photos the camera decided to focus on the background towel instead of the puppy *sigh* Did I mention I had to put the camera on a timer press the button and quickly position the puppy before it took photo’s? Alice, Aladdin, Ariel, Atta and Anastasia took a quick 15seconds and they were done! Anastasia was just lucky that she found the fish tank interesting at that exact moment otherwise she is a bit of a wiggle bum.
This weekend ill see off all the puppies to their new homes.Three will be flying out of state and I wish them and their families the best of luck! We will miss their little antics.

News of a 7 week Old Litter
Puppies are doing well and doing what puppies do best; screaming, barking, eating, toileting, biting and looking all very adorable!!
Quite happy to say that we have had no poop accidents on the floor for the past nearly 4weeks, they all use the grass litter tray – clever puppies. They love to shred newspaper and run around with any treasure they can
find. They enjoyed having an empty soft drink bottle to chase around and parade around in their mouths.
Puppies were eye tested on last Friday from, an eye specialist from Sydney who was up in the area; they were all CLEAR which Im very pleased about. We here at Toujour took the opportunity to have our older dogs to get
tested as well as the puppies – which made it all a big challenge but it’s a nice piece of mind to know that we are covering all aspects of health tests for our dogs/puppies and providing such documents onto the new owners.
Im pretty sure the new families are getting very excited and I know some are counting down the days! So for the next week im hoping to take each puppy out and spend some 1 on 1 time with them and possibly see if they will do a little training on a food bribe.

News of a 6 week Old Litter
Busy Busy Busy. . .
I can’t believe they are 6weeks old already! My little puppies are bursting with personalities – im ‘attacked’ every time I step into the puppy pen. They just love having attention (and someone to chew on).
The personalities are still all the same now – Anastasia is our most active and naughty girl (she has something to say about everything), I think Ariel and Angelica are the most gentle, and then Alice and Atta are the same a happy medium. The boys are all sweet cuddle bums (apart from rough wrestling) but Alvin gives lots of kisses – did a mention Alvin is an expert escape ninja? Hahahaa there has been a few times we have looked down at our feet to find Alvin wagging his tail looking up at us with an innocent grin on his cheeky little face . . .
I clipped their little nails on Saturday. Had them all microchipped on Sunday as we also had Melissa Waters’ 8.5wk old litter at our place getting done too, my puppies were much braver with only little Alvin giving a squeak.
We had a full house on Sunday with Family, Friends and soon to be “Alice’s “new family! The weather was all seasons in the one day but we all managed.
Puppies were vet checked and Vaccinated last night they were very quiet and well behaved. The vet and nurses loved them said they were gorgeous (of course) and that their all healthy. They all were gone over, temperatures taken and weighed. No surprise that Astroboy weighed the most at 3.5kg! The surprise was that Alice came second at 3.3kg – I was expecting Atta or Aladdin but nope. Aladdin was the 3rd at 3.18kg. The lightest was Alvin and Angelica weighing in at 2.85kg.
Today they were wormed again – and they have a few more things to get done before the weeks over!
As for the puppies themselves they are all well and good – I have “Puppy Fight Club” happening here with lots of noise . . . ahhh puppies! LOL Two of my dogs; Kovu and Socks, think the puppies are brilliant and are teaching them how to play zoomies and ‘play bows’.

News of a 5 week Old Litter
Puppies have certainly grown!
Now when I get in the pen with them I really have to watch where I place my feet as they come excitedly over for attention. Swarming my feet, nibbling on my shoes or socks – they are all very active with me and absolutely
adorable!
Just over the past week I have witnessed how accustomed they have become at doing their poops up on the litter tray we built them which is excellent. They don’t hold their piddles as well and still use the newspaper –
but they are not piddling on their bed mat anymore (minimum accidents) which is great.
We have wormed them again in the week on tablets this time instead of liquid – which I found more affective. (Mental note to never use liquid wormer ever again)
They are now eating a complete dry meal with mince beef in the kibble; they are all little piglets for food.
Puppies had their first experience on grass which was great, pity about all the rain we have had here the past week There is a video up on the video’s page for you to view. We had a few escape artists in the beginning of the week running through the living room – quick fix and they are contained.
I have noticed their personalities much better this week and some have changed from what I assumed in the
beginning.
The boys; Alvin loves attention and is quite cheeky, pick him up and his tail is wagging madly. He loves to pick on everyone but bails out if he loses. Astroboy as much as he is big and strong, he’s a bit of a cry baby for attention (and food), he settles for a hug and loves to tug on my pants, he also has the upper hand when playing with his siblings as he uses his body weight to hold them down. Aladdin is a happy boy quite one of the 3. He likes to play and getting hugs too.
The girls; well as im sure you have all seen; Anastasia is a Miss Attitude and Miss Confident! She really does love attention and playing games. Angelica, Alice and Atta are the same all playful and happy to follow me around and snuggle into to me for a nap. Atta plays more with me then she does her siblings she is such a smoocher!
Ariel is quite and likes to be snuggled she does like to play, but when it gets too much she’ll go and sleep with the others who are quitter.
3 Weeks left until they go onto their news homes – so much to be done! It’s going to fly past at this end!

News of a 4 week Old Litter
Time is certainly starting to fly by here!
All the puppies are well and growing nicely. They have been let out of their whelping box and had their first experience on the balcony and the house floor. The puppies are certainly starting to move around quite well and I
find it quite comical watching them try to do ‘zoomies’ and their legs sort of go in all directions resulting in them landing on their belly’s.
They are all now interactive with each and us a lot more –which is really adorable. Some of their teeth have come down with more coming through and they are crying a fair bit about it all. They love feeding time and putting their little paws in the milk – Raiven loves cleaning them up when they are done.
Under supervised watch they are interacting with two of our older dogs (Kovu & Socks) and all is well and good – Socks just loves them and she tries to play with them by nudging the with her nose. We have had a few puppies pulling her fur – which she doesn’t even notice.
Not much has changed in their personalities since last week’s news, but I will say that Anastasia is a very playful girl very full of courage and loves to rumble her siblings. Aladdin loves sleeping belly up nearly all the time and Atta is laid back one of them all.
We are starting to have visitors in the next week – so puppies are going to get a lot of cuddles!!

News of a 3 week Old Litter
Puppies are all doing well and getting bigger by the day. We have had their puppy teeth starting to come through this week meaning the puppies have been a little upset - and so has Raiven when it comes time to feed them (LOL).
Puppies are walking around now with their belly's off the floor, they still roll here and there a bit, which is very cute.
Playing and interacting with each other is a big time waster as i watch them, they are sucking on each others nose's especially after a feed to help clean milk off the face of their sibling. Climbing and pouncing on each other results in both puppies falling over as they are still working out their balance on their feet.
Im hearing play growls, occasional bark and lots of sqeaks and yapping. So there is no problems in their vocal department!
The boys are similar in temperament; cuddly and interactive with my hands. They are different in their shapes and sizes, particulary their heads. Astroboy is my chubby bubby of the litter who likes to wrestle, Alvin is cute and relaxed, Aladdin is playful and enjoys being picked up and playing with my hands.
The girls vary and are similar in different ways. Their sizes seem to all be the same with Alice and Atta being a little heavier (its all that milk). Atta and Alice still look very much the same, but their marks are starting to differ (ever so slightly) Alice is a little more interactice, where as Atta seems to enjoy sleeping and is more chilled.
Ariel, Angelica and Anastasia are more similar in size and shape but Angelica seems to have a finer head and muzzle. Anastasia has the same personality as Alice and Atta, inactive and relaxed. Ariel and Angelica have it seems to me the same personalities and are screamers when picked up, but are happy to play with my hands in the whelping box.
They all like to be patted and some enjoy a belly rub. I am quite enjoying watching them grow and develop, i have filmed nearly 20min worth of video which is available to watch under the video page (at the top of this page). Have a watch and see them while they are active.
They are still only very young and they seems to differ slightly depending on whether they are tired or in playful mode. Keep watching this page and up-dates. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

News of a 2 week Old Litter
News about our litter,
They are all growing strong and healthy, and putting on weight. They are all big milk bar leeches when Raiven climbs into the whelping box. Some of them throw little tantrums on which teat they want and try to pull their
sibling off to claim it. Normal sibling rivalry . . .
At 2 weeks old and all their eyes open now, they are starting to notice me hovering over the whelping box Aladdin and Anastasia are quite cute and nuzzling and looking up at me.
Some of the puppies like a belly rub and have their little feet kicking in enjoyment.
The 3 boys are all quite happy to be hugged and sleep in your lap. Astroboy is the biggest puppy in the litter and with a lovely broad head. Aladdin I find is the more interactive one at the moment, whereas Alvin my first
born is the smaller of the 3 boys, but still a nice healthy size.
The 5 girls vary a little more than the boys (probably because there are more of them). Angelica is the smallest girl, still a nice healthy size, the other 4 girls are more similar in size. At this stage Anastasia and Ariel are the ones im watching more closely as im leaning towards them as my show pick bitch. As for personalities Atta and Anastasia are very placid and calm just like their mum, followed by Alice. Angelica and Ariel seem to be more active when picked up.
