I started Uni full time but was able to squeeze in some events for our dogs. This year we ventured out to try new sports and were able to gain a Junior Courser (Lure Coursing) and a Working Back Pack titles for * Knight ~ Toujour Kiss Me Noble Knight (AI) JC WPD. * Temper picked up a JC quality before going into maternal duties. * Cynder also picked up a JC quali. * Bubbles and Knight both gained HIC from herding. We did all our local shows and picked up some classes in group, sweeps places and managed to do our state Specialty for Belgians with lovely critiques. We did two litters, welcoming into the world 13 Toujour puppies, 4 Finnish Lapphunds and 9 Belgian Shepherds. This was our last Finnish Lapphund litter and we no longer have any entire Lappies. Lots of our home bred Toujour offspring around Australia achieved in VIC, NSW and WA! Jäger titled Merlin gained many agility quali's and new titles Amber earned enough quali's for a title Pippa and Ollie have been showing and dabbling in obedience and rally-0 winning class in groups and quail's too! Karen with Pippa & Ollie Very proud of Karen's effort with her two lappies of ours, Ollie debuted in the show ring & Rally-O as Karen's first show dog, where as Pippa has debuted in Rally-O winning already 2x quailies! I see more quailies and awards in the near future! Look out for them in VIC. Congratulations to a big lovely weekend down in VIC with a few points towards each of her Lappies titles. The highlight for Karen was winning a Neuter in Group with Pippa and a Puppy in Group with Ollie!! Karen is new to showing and these are her first big wins - im sure not her last!! Pippa ~ Toujour Impec Illusive Ivy Ollie ~ Toujour Opale Good Boy Odie Ashleigh & Mercy MERCY winning BEST BABY in GROUP at the Royal Canin Dogs West Classic and judge is Mrs M Macbeth (Canada) Mercy is a very promising puppy and we see great things in her future - im sure Ash is proud as punch of her new dynamite girl! Jäger is now a Champion!! Congratulations to Ashleigh on completing Jäger Championship title! Jäger has obtained many Best Of Breeds against lovely competition along the way! Pending paperwork he will be "Aust Ch* Toujour Creme De La Creme" Mercy ~ Toujour Nuit Nice Novel Jäger ~ Aust Ch Toujour Creme De La Creme Emily and Merlin Are quite a star team over in WA having lots of fun in Agility and winning quailie's - they have quite a fan team! We are super proud of them!! Check out Merlin's page to see all his achievements and his video's! Well done with 3x Quali's on the weekend in WA. They gained a Gamblers (GD), Snooker (SD) and an Agility (AD). Congratulations of gaining their Agility Dog Title!! Merlin ~ Toujour Creme Crispy JDX Belinda, Megan and Amber Well done ladies on completing 4x 16km hikes earning enough for their Working Pack Dog Title! Amber ~ Toujour Grand Good Witch WPD* (*pending DogsNSW) We competed in agility in Sydney the first weekend of September, the first time in 3yrs! Here are videos of our 2 runs, Cynder was such a good girl and gained a clear round in JDX.
We travelled just up the moment to behind our town Wingham up to Comboyne for a small Ag show. Due to car and road circumstances for the weekend I wasn't going to go, then changed my mind to just going with one dog, Knight, instead of the 3 I had entered. I managed to pack my gear and all 3 entered dogs in my little car. On Saturday 11th under judge Mr Santas (NSW) our girl Taboo went BEST IN GROUP and Junior In Group!!! Knight was also in the lime light with a 3rd in 3-6m Sweepstakes and a Baby Puppy in Group!!  Firstly at the Wallamba Show 18th March under judge Mrs Abele (NSW) Knight won a Baby Puppy in Group! Secondly at the Wingham Show 26th March under judge Mr J Bryson (NSW) Knight won his 3rd consecutive Baby Puppy in Group!! Home from a humid show at NC ... didn't stay for the second show as I couldn't sit waiting for 5hrs because they moved the start time 😒 Combined Northern Canine Show (Hillsborough) 14th Jan 17 Anyways!! Taboo won BCC, RuBOB (7pts) Temper won BCC, BOB (8pts) finishing her title!! I was really excited to debut my little man Knight at his first show! He was wonderfully friendly and very playful with everyone and all the other puppies/dogs - his fav was a papillon. Knight galloped and bounced around the ring and was tail wagging ❤ he was a winner in my eyes ❤ She did it!! Temper the happy hug monster completed her points for her title. We don't show often but every time we do Temper gives it her al happy self! - almost all of Tempers CC were with competition. Temper will be soon known as Australian Champion* Tervailles Grimm Faerie Tale  What a way to start off the year but with completing Disneys title! Been 3m since we have had a chance to show again and today was far from a typical show day! Super proud and excited to announce I have titled, as breeder and handler, Disney to her Australian Championship*!!! 😊🏆 She will be Australian Champion Toujour Doux Divine Disney RN Disney better known here as Dizzi is the first of my prefix to have a show and sport title - one for each end! And the first for me as breeder and handler!! Hopefully if I'm lucky I'll get some new photos tomorrow of her (if someone will give me a hand) - she has matured so nicely and is a very sweet and easy dog to compete and live with ❤ *pending paperwork First show of the year done and dusted! Mid North Coast Canine Club (Taree) 7-8th Jan 17 Taboo= 3xBOB ~ 21pts Temper= 3xBOB ~ 18pts Disney= 3xBCC ruBOB ~ 18pts The weather was all over the place - we did get rain on and off yesterday and full sunshine today.  Judge, Emanuele Borer (Italy) Saturday morning started at 3am and on the road at 4am to head to the Belgian Specialty in Sydney - it was a lovely day with a bit of catching up and showing off our poochies. Taboo was graded Very Promising learning how to double handle is quite amusing with puppies Zeus (Merlin X Cynder) was as green as grass at his very first show - he handled the day well considering and was awarded Excellent and 1st Junior Tervueren - special moment as the first Toujour Belgian to be at a specialty and critiqued. Very happy him! Thanks to his owner Kayleen for traveling and dedicating the weekend to Zeus. Temper was graded Excellent 2nd/4 in Inter Cynder was graded Excellent 2nd/3 in Open For these two girls in these higher classes I'm proud of them both.
