We went down to the International Spring Fair for another go at Herding - i was really looking forward to it and had big hopes. Must say i was actually disppointed . . . several factors made this trial negative for myself and between bad handling etc my dogs didnt do as well this trial as they did two weeks earlier (below trial). Socks and Kovu only just scraped through and gained a Herding Test pass now making them eligiable for their HT title. They will both need a lot more work before trying PT (and for myself i will need to be a better handler). Cynder - unfortunately due to me - was unable to perform at her best and wasnt able to clear her PT run. There's always next time.
